Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: Do you ship out of the United States?

A: Unfortunately we are only able to ship within the U.S at this time.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is calculated through the USPS based on the dimension and weight of the product(s) in your order.

Q: When can I expect my package?

A: It takes up to three days for us to ship your order out. After that, you will be able to track your package through the USPS. Depending on where you live and current weather conditions, it may take up to 10 days for your package to arrive.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Unfortunately, we are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

Q: Can I pick up my order at one of your locations?

A: Our platform does not allow a pick-up option at this time. Feel free to visit either of our brewpub locations to buy products from our gift shop.

Q: What if I don't see the item or size I want?

A: If the size is sold out we will do our best to get it back in stock as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can call or visit one of our brewpub locations to see if the size and/or product is available there.

Q: Can I buy a gift card online?

A: Unfortunately, our platform does not allow us to sell gift cards online at this time. Please call either of our brewpub locations and speak with a manager to purchase a gift card over the phone. We'll be happy to hold the gift card for pick-up at either location or we can mail it to you or another recipient.
